01 Introduction

Welcome to Daraz Pay. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Daraz Pay ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or playing any game on Daraz Pay, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

02 Eligibility

Daraz Pay reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If a player is found to be underage, the account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposited funds may be returned at Daraz Pay's discretion after verification.

Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one Daraz Pay account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method. Daraz Pay uses this information to verify your identity and process your transactions. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.

  • Your registered mobile number must be active and accessible, as it is used for account verification and withdrawal confirmation.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential at all times.
  • Daraz Pay will never contact you to ask for your password. Any communication claiming to be from Daraz Pay that requests your password should be reported to our support team immediately.
  • You must notify Daraz Pay promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Daraz Pay reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage. This may include requesting a copy of your national ID card, a recent utility bill, or a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad transaction history. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in withdrawal holds until the process is completed.

04 Deposits

Daraz Pay accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No other payment methods are currently supported. Daraz Pay does not accept deposits via international credit cards, bank transfers, or cryptocurrency.

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction.
  • There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though Daraz Pay may apply limits to accounts under review.
  • Deposits are credited to your Daraz Pay wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
  • Daraz Pay does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your mobile banking provider are outside Daraz Pay's control.
  • Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within ten minutes, contact Daraz Pay support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt a second deposit until the first has been resolved.

Daraz Pay reserves the right to return a deposit and close an account if there is reasonable suspicion that the funds originate from illegal activity. All transactions on Daraz Pay are monitored for compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Daraz Pay wallet are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure funds are returned to their verified source. Withdrawals to a different bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number than the one on file require identity re-verification.

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 per transaction.
  • Standard withdrawals are processed within one to three hours, seven days a week including public holidays.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if your account is undergoing KYC verification or if a bonus wagering requirement has not yet been met.
  • Daraz Pay does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Expedited processing is not currently offered.
  • Withdrawals of amounts above ৳50,000 may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours to process.

If a withdrawal is declined, Daraz Pay will notify you via your registered mobile number and provide a reason. Common reasons include incomplete KYC, unmet wagering requirements, or a mismatch between the withdrawal account and the registered payment method. Attempting to withdraw funds that were obtained through bonus abuse, fraudulent deposits, or any prohibited conduct will result in the withdrawal being cancelled and the account being reviewed for suspension.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Daraz Pay offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented, as well as the general bonus rules outlined in this section. In the event of a conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

  • All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly in the offer details.
  • Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately in your wallet. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless otherwise specified.
  • Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
  • Daraz Pay reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
  • Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players — will have their bonuses cancelled and may face account suspension.
  • Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and can be claimed once per household, device, and payment method.

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on Daraz Pay — including Monster Plinko, Money Coming, Tongits Go, European Roulette, Live Casino tables, Let's Shoot, and Drill That Gold — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer mechanics. Game outcomes are not influenced by Daraz Pay staff or any external party.

  • Each game has its own published Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the theoretical long-term payout rate. RTP figures are available in the game information section.
  • In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and any stake placed will be returned to your wallet.
  • If a game result is disputed, Daraz Pay will review the server-side game log, which is the definitive record of all game outcomes. The result of this review is final.
  • Players must not use automated software, bots, or scripts to play games on Daraz Pay. Any account found using such tools will be suspended immediately.

Live Casino games are subject to additional rules specific to each table. Dealer decisions are final in all live game formats. Disconnection during a live game round does not void the round — the outcome will be recorded as it occurred.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Daraz Pay. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

  • Using payment methods not registered in your own name.

Daraz Pay monitors all accounts for suspicious activity. If prohibited conduct is detected, the platform may freeze the account, hold pending withdrawals, and conduct an investigation before taking further action. Players under investigation will be notified and given an opportunity to respond before a final decision is made, except in cases where immediate action is required to prevent ongoing harm.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

Daraz Pay reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or a player's own request.

  • If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will be notified via your registered mobile number. Withdrawals will be held during the investigation period.
  • If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
  • If you wish to close your own account, contact Daraz Pay support via live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after verification.
  • Self-exclusion requests result in immediate account closure for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened before the exclusion period ends.

10 Responsible Gaming
